Mitch McLane

Hi my name is Mitch McLane and I have always been a fan of health and fitness! Growing up I played football for 11 years, baseball for 12 years, basketball for 10 years and I competed in track and field for 4 years. I have learned from many coaches and I have knowledge and expertise in many areas including power lifting, speed development, and sport specific training. I am currently NCCPT certified as a personal trainer, CPR certified, USATF Level 1 certified, and I have my bachelors degree in Community Health Sciences from UNR. I am also currently the Head Throws coach at Bishop Manogue Catholic H.S.. I love what I do because I do what I love, staying fit, being healthy, and training is a lifestyle and a self commitment. Rise up and better yourself and your health!

Pardeep Sandhu

Trainer 3

Pardeep attended California State University; Chico where he competed on the NCAA Track and Field team as a Pole Vaulter and competed on various intramural teams. Pardeep excelled both academically and athletically. He has a firm understanding of Anatomy & Physiology pertaining to the body and what is needed to achieve his client’s goals. He is an Action certified personal trainer, USA Track and Field Level 1 certification, with 3+ years of coaching experience of track and field. Pardeep has coached nationally and international ranked athletes, NCAA national champions and all Americans, and Nevada high school state contenders. With Pardeeps’ emphasis to detail and persistent drive for success, he focuses on designing training regiments that are specific to his clients needs.
